The Walters Art Museum online store is excited to offer In-Store Pick up for your convenience.
In-store Pick up hours are 10am-4:30pm Wednesday thru Sunday. Thursday In-store Pick up hours are 1pm-7:30pm.
To arrange for In-Store Pick up, simply place your order on store.thewalters.org. In the checkout process, choose “Pick up" under Delivery Method.
After you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email for your order. Another email will be sent to you when your order is ready for pickup.
Who can pick up my order?
You can pick up your order or assign an alternate person to pick up the order. To add an alternate pickup person, enter the first and last name and email address of the person who will be picking up the order in the comments/notes section in your cart before you click on checkout.
What do I need to pick up my order?
Upon your arrival into the Museum Store, we will ask for your name and order confirmation number. If you listed an alternate person to pick up your order, they must have your name as the purchaser and the order confirmation number.
How long will my order be held for In-Store Pickup?
Your order will be held for 10 business days. If you do not pick up your order during that time we will send you a reminder email before we cancel the order and refund your purchase. If you need to extend your order’s pickup window, special arrangements may be made to accommodate you. Please contact us directly at museumstore@thewalters.org or call 410-547-9000 x640.
How will I know when my order is ready to be picked up?
You will receive an email notification that your order is ready to be picked up.
