Shipping & Handling
The Walters Art Museum's online store is operating with a small but mighty team. We will process your package as soon as we are able during Museum Operating hours: Wednesday thru Sunday. 

Once your online order is fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. When possible, our orders are packaged with recycled materials to reduce waste and additional costs.

Holiday Shipping Information
To make sure you receive your package in enough time prior to the Christmas holiday, we highly recommend you place your order no later than December 10. If you place an order past that date, you may still receive it before the holiday, however we cannot provide a guarantee. 

Carrier Information
The Walters Art Museum Store ships via UPS Ground. UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. 

We are currently unable to provide Next Day, Second Day, or Three Day shipping services. We currently do not ship internationally.

Shipping rates are calculated automatically by UPS by factoring the total weight of your items and their destination and may vary.

If your address is not recognized by UPS, or you have entered a P.O. Box, we may ship your package via USPS and cannot guarantee tracking information or delivery timeframes.
