Tea Frog Figurine

A tea pet is a small clay figure which is praised by some tea drinkers for good luck, fortune, and happiness. Tea lovers in China raise a tea pet by placing it on the tea boat or tray during tea time and pouring tea over it. This glazed ceramic frog figure represents the traditional money frog.
