Charles St. Join experimental archaeologist and ancient food blogger Farrell Monaco at Schola (located four blocks from the museum) for a once in a lifetime chance to taste the past. Participants will learn about ancient Roman food and will have the opportunity to make their own bread and cheese according to ancient recipes.
