Ordering on our online store is easy and secure, however, if you require assistance please email us at  museumstore@thewalters.org . You can also order over the phone by calling the Museum Store.

Sales Tax

Sales Tax is charged on orders with Maryland shipping addresses. Shipments within Maryland include 6% tax computed after adding shipping and handling charges. There is no tax on the purchase of memberships, donations, or orders shipping outside the state of Maryland.

Supporter Discounts

Walters Art Museum supporters (members) receive a 10% discount in the Museum Store and our online store.To receive your discount online, simply sign in to your account that was created when your supporter donation was processed*. Once you have signed in, your member's discount will automatically be applied to the price of every product you view. Find out more about other supporter benefits or become a supporter online.

What forms of payment are accepted online?
We currently accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

How do I find the status of my online order?
If you have registered and signed in to your Museum Store account, you can find your order status and tracking information under "My Account".  You can also email  museumstore@thewalters.org with your order number and we will be happy to assist you. Your order number can be found in your confirmation email.

Does The Walters Art Museum Store offer gift wrapping service?
Gift wrapping service is currently unavailable. We can, however, include a gift message. If you place an order by phone our associates are happy to make sure your sentiments are included in your order. When placing an online order, simply enter your message in the Order Message box in your cart, prior to proceeding to checkout.
