Around the turn of the 19th century, Tiffany & Co. was famous for its lavish use of diamonds in their jewelry production. This necklace is an adaptation from a Tiffany & Co. diamond necklace found in the Walters Art Museum’s collection. The original necklace features 265 round old- cut diamonds set in platinum and gold. This necklace from our Museum Store, features quality cut crystal set into silver plated pewter and measures approximately 16 inches long with a two inch extender and sturdy lobster claw clasp.
